I think that this is admirable. The Minister’s speech is very important and when it is read its importance will be still more appreciated. The amendment fills the positive obligation on the United Kingdom under the convention. The reference to ILO standards and other matters is also most welcome, and I congratulate the Government and the noble Baroness, Lady Young, who was the original architect.
