Amendment 188 188: After Clause 51, insert the following new Clause— "Independent review of the implementation of this Act (1) Within three years of the day on which this Act is passed, the Secretary of State shall establish an independent review of— (a) the implementation of this Act, (b) the findings of the pilot schemes established under this Act, (c) any negative outcomes for families, children and other dependents resulting from the implementation of this Act. (2) The Secretary of State must lay a report before Parliament setting out the findings of the independent review."
