Amendment 123 123: After Clause 12, insert the following new Clause— "Mobility component for severely disabled children under three years old (1) Section 73 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 (c. 4) (mobility component of disability living allowance) is amended as follows. (2) After subsection (1) insert— "(1ZA) Subject to the provisions of this Act, a person shall be entitled to the mobility component of a disability living allowance for any period in which he is under the age of 3 and throughout which— (a) he requires heavy and large ventilation equipment; (b) he requires a powered buggy or wheelchair; or (c) he requires a pump feeding system."."
