The Minister did not continue paragraph 5(3)(b), which I think is what concerns the noble Baroness, Lady Meacher, and is beginning to concern me. It goes on: ""if it is so used, to be supplied to any other person, and used for any purpose, to whom and for which that other information could be supplied and used"."
It would be helpful if we could be told exactly what that means because it is the origin of the suspicions around this.
