Welfare Reform Bill

I remind the noble Baroness of the letter that I read out to the noble Lord, Lord McKenzie, at our previous sitting. Since I read it out, I have had numerous e-mails from people with all sorts of conditions—not just ME—who have been roughly treated by Atos. I am extremely unhappy about it. While I am on my feet, I ask the noble Baroness whether she will arrange for us to have another meeting with Atos to find out exactly what it is up to; we are getting not just one or two but numerous very bad reports about the way in which Atos is treating claimants.
