I add my support, particularly due to the considerable invisibility of mental health among minorities because of the unwillingness of people to admit to having mental health issues. It is a taboo and not expected. If there is a tailor-made programme developed in conversation with particular women or men, they may be able and willing to find out what is wrong with them to seek the appropriate treatment and go on to work. That would be an enormously helpful step.
