Schedule 4: Powers of senior coroners Amendments 88 and 89 88: Schedule 4, page 125, line 27, at end insert— "(8) A reference in this paragraph to a senior coroner is to be read as including the Coroner for Treasure. As it applies in relation to the Coroner for Treasure, this paragraph has effect with the omission of sub-paragraph (7)." 89: Schedule 4, page 126, line 19, at end insert— "(6) A reference in this paragraph to a senior coroner is to be read as including the Coroner for Treasure. As it applies in relation to the Coroner for Treasure, this paragraph has effect with the omission of sub-paragraphs (1)(b) and (5)." Amendments 88 and 89 agreed.
