Amendment 10 10: Clause 2, page 3, line 31, at end insert— "( ) In Section 54(2A) of that Act (inspection and report powers of inspectors of constabulary) at end insert, "and, in the case of the Police Senior Appointments Panel, the operation of the Senior Appointments process in each police force area."
