Amendment 54 54: Clause 2, page 7, line 5, at end insert— "( ) must be reasonable, having regard to whether the person has a learning disability and the nature of that learning disability; ( ) must be reasonable, having regard to the sufficiency of the support available to be provided to the person if they have a learning disability;"
