Welfare Reform Bill

I detect a soapy mirror for reflection. I do not think that that was a very good example and it does not meet the point made by the noble Baroness and me. I am delighted that the Minister will give this matter further thought, but he has given absolutely no guarantee that he will come back to it. If he does not, I assure him that I will.
