Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Bill

I am grateful to the Minister, particularly as he said that he would give the matter consideration and come back on Report. I am grateful also to other Members of the Committee for their support. I was a little concerned by the Minister’s opening remarks, because he seemed to suggest that these programmes are not high quality. I can assure him that they are of high quality and that the various measures elsewhere in the Bill to ensure that all apprenticeship schemes—
