It is a great delight to follow the hon. Member for Rayleigh (Mr. Francois). I gather that he particularly enjoys a few Pot Noodles and, indeed, Peperami from time to time. I think that The Daily Telegraph described him as a bit of an animal. I look forward to wrestling with him on European issues in the coming months.
