Thank you, Madam Deputy Speaker. I understand that they have not come to hear this debate or me, but I hope to make progress on these important matters in nine minutes. What young people on the street know, or will be told, is that prostitution continues to be illegal and that they are therefore at risk of prosecution. That alone will make them sceptical about seeking help from the authorities.
