The early autumn; September or October. I insist on behalf of the London boroughs that they want to see these regulations as swiftly as possible.
On a minor point, we asked about these a week ago and were told that they would be published. I have not had a chance to read the documents. Indeed, while I was waiting for the hard copy, I ran off the 49 pages on my printer, which is not a very fast one, this morning. London Councils says that the consultation was published only last Thursday, ""not allowing much time to assess how the scheme is proposed to work, or giving all the detail for the scheme"."
It continues: ""This level of detail is vital to the success of the first BRS that will be raised—that for the Crossrail scheme in London"."
There is considerable dissatisfaction with the way in which this matter has been handled. I hope the Minister is under no illusions about that.
