Marine and Coastal Access Bill [HL]

My Lords, I say with some relief that this is definitively a minor and technical amendment to correct a grammatical error in the original drafting. It does not alter in any way the effect of Clause 41, which amends the Government of Wales Act 2006 to introduce a definition of the Welsh zone; it simply improves the grammar of the clause as originally drafted.
