Clause 193: Power to make orders as to fisheries for shellfish Amendment A247 A247: Clause 193, page 111, line 36, at end insert— "(1A) In section 1 of the Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Act 1967 (c. 83) (power to make orders as to fisheries for shellfish), subsection (4) is omitted."
