Amendment 85A 85A: Clause 42, page 21, line 38, at end insert— ““( ) In determining the policies that are to be stated in an MPS, the policy authority must have particular regard to— (a) the need to contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, and (b) the need to maintain a secure and safe supply of energy.””
