Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Bill [HL]

I am grateful to the noble Lord for his creativity. We shall certainly look at his definition. I am also grateful that he recognises that we have debated most of the elements concerned with partnership, and I know that he is as anxious as I am to get on to petitions. Let us make all good speed towards them. I cannot add to what I said earlier, which is that we shall certainly look at the complex and challenging issue of a set of definitions that might come within this area. I cannot promise anything, but we will try to discuss the matter with the noble Lord between now and Report.
