Let me try to help the Minister, because there is an easy solution to this matter. It is my amendment No. 13, which states:"““Only those members appointed from among the elected members of the constituent councils…will be permitted to vote in the ITA””."
If he were to accept it, we would cut the Gordian knot on this issue.
