Local Transport Bill [Lords]

Forgive me, Mr. Deputy Speaker. I was engaged in other duties involving a statutory instrument, so I missed that exciting part of the debate. The Government are using coercion, financial coercion, to force on local transport authorities schemes that their electors have not chosen to pursue.
