Is my hon. Friend aware that the Foreign Affairs Committee's analysis of the defence provisions of the treaty identified five important changes introduced by the treaty? The Committee found one change in which the Government's wording, which was taken directly from the treaty, was ambiguous and needed clarification. None of those matters have been debated, although they are important to this country's defence.
