The hon. Member for Stroud (Mr. Drew) says, ““Just say no!”” However, if I were to follow Baroness Thatcher, I would say, ““No, no, no!”” That is the point, and the Liberal Democrats have achieved nothing this afternoon other than to make themselves look ridiculous.
