I have a long speech and I was going to give forth, but the noble Lord has given the game away: he is not intending to press these amendments. As the noble Lord said, the Delegated Powers and Regulatory Reform Committee made no comment about this and we think that these order-making powers are appropriate in the circumstances. I have nothing to argue against.
