In the context of what he is saying, does he agree that maintaining a more flexible labour market and less regulation is essential not only for the health of Britain's economy but for the wider EU economy? Within the EU, we present a competitive challenge that sets the direction and tone that the EU has to try to meet. That allows the rest of the EU to compete globally.
