When the Minister talked about my remarks about the Government giving a lead, he seemed to think that what I was asking for was a lead on the subject of how most people are all right. What I was asking for was a lead on whether custody actually works for young people. Does the Minister think that the Government would be prepared to say that custody is damaging for most young people, because that is what I was asking?
