I thank all those who contributed to the debate. Of course, all of us are grateful to the Minister for getting this draft code out to us as promised. We are pleased that that has happened and I understand the desire to see a text before the Bill finally leaves this House, but that has nothing to do with my amendment. My amendment was simply designed to ensure that Clause 3 should be amended to read: "““In subsections (2) and (3), ‘relevant Code of Practice’ means a Code of Practice issued by ACAS under this Chapter””."
We wanted ““by ACAS”” added to that clause. We did so because there will be code of practice from ACAS.
