Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Bill [HL]

moved Amendment No. 60: 60: Clause 18, page 8, line 31, at end insert— ““( ) A statutory instrument containing an order made by the Secretary of State under section 4(7), 7(3A) or 15(6) is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.”” The noble Lord said: I have already spoken to this amendment but, as I said earlier, I may have got it slightly wrong. The amendment should read, ““A statutory instrument containing an order made by the Secretary of State under section 7(3A) or 15(6) is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament””. The reason for that alteration is because my Amendment No. 16 was not carried by the Committee; I withdrew it and it was never put. I beg to move. On Question, amendment agreed to.
