I pay particular tribute to the Opposition spokesmen, the hon. and learned Member for Harborough (Mr. Garnier) and the hon. Members for Somerton and Frome (Mr. Heath), for Enfield, Southgate (Mr. Burrowes) and for Cambridge (David Howarth).
