Climate Change Bill [HL]

In response to the noble Baroness, Lady Young, I say that in my back pocket is Clause 49, the programme for adaptation to climate change. Subsection (2) states: "““The objectives, proposals and policies must be such as to contribute to sustainable development””." I say that because we are dealing with Clause 11 on the budgets at the moment.
