European Communities (Finance) Bill

It is a great pleasure to follow the right hon. Member for Rotherham (Mr. MacShane). He said that we would all live longer thanks to the European Union. It was a great pleasure to spend some of those extra minutes listening to him. I am sure that they did not feel wasted. The right hon. Gentleman made two important points, somewhere in his speech.
