Finance Bill

Proceeding contribution from Danny Alexander (Liberal Democrat) in the House of Commons on Monday, 25 June 2007. It occurred during Debate on bills on Finance Bill.

Member for Wokingham (Mr. Redwood), who is no longer in his place, I suggested that a requirement that the remote rural area be the individual’s primary residence for tax purposes would, except in the case of the small number of multimillionaires who live permanently in such areas, deal with that.
