I thank the noble Baroness, Lady Linklater, for the support that she gives to the noble Baroness, Lady Anelay. I can only assume that because the noble Baroness, Lady Anelay, accepts the amendments at this stage, the noble Baroness, Lady Linklater, does too. Therefore, I give her thanks for that implied assent. I assure her that there will be no ignoring of local knowledge and advice.
