I would be grateful if the Minister could indicate under what circumstances he would expect information to be released under a court order or other enactment. While paragraph (b) looks like a standard component of legislation, in the context of information-sharing, it is important to clarify on the record in what instances information could be shared other than as set out in the Bill.
