Digital Switchover (Disclosure of Information) Bill

On several occasions the Minister has talked about the role of voluntary organisations. I wonder whether he can give some indication of how those voluntary organisations will be co-ordinated. It is a very good idea to get voluntary organisations in on this, and he may be interested to know that some very early conversations within the churches and the faith communities have been taking place to see whether help can be offered in that way. It is one thing for an organisation such as Digital UK to say that it will use voluntary organisations, but it is a pretty massive task, and I wonder how the Minister thinks they will go about it.
