Government of Wales Bill

Proceeding contribution from Lord Deben (Conservative) in the House of Commons on Tuesday, 18 July 2006. It occurred during Debate on bills on Government of Wales Bill.
I stand corrected. I return to the nature of the amendment and repeat that on this occasion the Liberal Democrat advice is that the Government should ask the House to vote against something that the Government say they believe in. That is a remarkable achievement and ought to be emphasised.
