My Lords, I am most grateful for noble Lords’ responses to the amendments. However, I know nothing whatever about the Bill, having come late to Defra and the Bill. The process seems very satisfactory in that we have a solution to the problems. This area of legislation has a language of its own. I will make sure that noble Lords’ thanks are passed on to my ministerial colleagues who dealt with the Bill in considerable detail before the reshuffle, and, needless to say, to officials, to whom I am most grateful for the help I have received this afternoon.
