Legislative and Regulatory Reform Bill

I am grateful to the hon. Gentleman for drawing my attention to amendment (a). He is entirely right. Amendments (a) to (e) would improve new clause 19, so I assure him that we will support them. I hope that amendment (a) is pressed to a Division. There has been no debate whatsoever about some of the outstanding definitions in the Bill.
