: One of the things that we and the new chief executive of the RPA are absolutely not going to do is to put down another timetable, given the fact that it has become patently obvious over the past few months that the RPA has over-promised and under-delivered. Mr. Addison is determined that he should not repeat that mistake. He and Ministers are determined that the payments should be made as quickly as possible, and they will be.
