National Lottery Bill

I am grateful to the noble Lord for identifying the canniness of the Scots’ art gallery and museum, the successful purchases made and the extraordinary achievements of one man, to which we pay tribute. It goes to show that however generous the allocations of funds, nothing compares with the real advantage of expertise and good judgment in these areas. Of course, I am placing considerable trust in the trustees concerned with these allocations. However, I undertake to provide the noble Lord with the information that he requires.
