With this it will be convenient to discuss the following amendments: No. 157, in clause 102, page 56, line 29, at end insert 'or (b) has been laid before each House of Parliament and the Assembly, has been approved by a resolution of the House of Commons and of the Assembly, but has been rejected by the House of Lords. (4A) If subsection (4)(b) applies, the referendum shall not be held until one year has elapsed since the date on which the House of Commons came to the resolution.'. No. 186, in clause 102, page 56, line 33, leave out subsection (6). No. 195, in clause 102, page 56, line 36, at end insert— '(6A) The draft of any statutory instrument containing an Order in Council under subsection (1) laid before each House of Parliament shall be amendable by either House during its consideration and approval.'.
