Compensation Bill [HL]

I am very grateful to the noble Baroness. Last week her commitment was to share a draft. I emphasise the word ““draft”” because Members of the Committee are so anxious to get a feel for exactly what is proposed, that even if it were a provisional or preliminary draft, it would be very useful indeed if we could have sight of it. Perhaps there may be a series of drafts with, at least, a timetable of when they might be made available. That would be so useful and I am very grateful to the noble Baroness for agreeing to do that.
