It would be very helpful if the Minister could give a little detail about the two separate figures of £1.5 million to £2 million for running the regulator, and £500,000 to set up. I think that she produced those figures from within the department, and I am not sure what the independent consultant said about them—but it would be helpful to know how they were first arrived at and what calculations were done to produce the £1.5 million to £2 million and the £500,000.
