Government of Wales Bill

My right hon. Friend is right, unfortunately. If the Government listened more often, some of the nonsense that we have occasionally enacted into law would not have happened. Out of the 318 amendments that I tabled to the Proceeds of Crime Bill, I succeeded in getting about four accepted.
