That is a good point. I will be guided by the noble Baroness, but as I understand it the sector providing claims management services is concentrated in a comparatively small number of companies compared to the insurance industry or the legal profession. The Minister may well in a better position to respond to my noble friend than I am. My noble friend has raised a number of interesting questions about who falls within the definition of claims management services. Again, without seeing the draft regulations and the various other secondary legislative instruments that are proposed, I cannot respond with certainty to my noble friend’s question. It may well be that the Minister can.
