I am pleased that the noble Lord is grateful, but the work is already underway. As he would expect, it is my ambition to get the Bill into Report as quickly as I can. I know that to get it out of Report in good order from the Government’s perspective, it is important that I do what I have said I will do, which is to deal with all the issues raised by the Delegated Powers Committee and to fulfil the commitments I have made to the Committee. I shall do that as speedily as I can so that the Bill reaches the statute book and deals with the problems we have identified.
