In a moment. It is wonderful, is it not? Labour Members seem to think that all that matters is a number. The quality of child care does not matter. It does not matter whether livelihoods are affected by closures in the private and voluntary sectors. It does not matter that children are not being given the choice that they need. All that matters is a number—a tick-box, mechanistic approach. That is it.
