Perhaps I may help. This may be an important—if small—issue, but the answer depends very much on which it is. The noble Lord, Lord Tyler, obviously cannot be here today, but if he were to let me know which of these it is I would write to him with our reply. He could then determine whether he wanted to take the matter further at Report stage. It might be preferable to having a debate on this issue when we are not absolutely certain what the noble Lord means in his amendment.
