Commons Bill [HL]

Proceeding contribution from Lord Bach (Labour) in the House of Lords on Tuesday, 1 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bills and Committee proceeding on Commons Bill [HL].
Would the noble Lord be kind enough to give way for a moment? Is the wording right in this amendment? Is the word really ““admission”” rather than ““omission””? My response depends heavily on which of those two words is correct. Of course I do not want to put the noble Lord on the spot because he is only speaking on behalf of his noble friend Lord Tyler. However, he is speaking to the amendment.
