Would the noble Lord be kind enough to give way for a moment? Is the wording right in this amendment? Is the word really ““admission”” rather than ““omission””? My response depends heavily on which of those two words is correct. Of course I do not want to put the noble Lord on the spot because he is only speaking on behalf of his noble friend Lord Tyler. However, he is speaking to the amendment.
