I have been interested to hear what the Minister has had to say on the matter. Whether I am recommending the list of options or not, it seems that Clause 29 is to a certain extent the Government’s response to the question of whether there could be prescribed national constitution terms. If we go through this, we will be setting out a potential list for a draft constitution. I am basically in favour of it, although we would look at it in terms of the content. The discussion on moneys will be interesting; we will all be interested in what the Minister has to say on that.
