Commons Bill [HL]

Proceeding contribution from Earl Peel (Conservative) in the House of Lords on Wednesday, 2 November 2005. It occurred during Debate on bills and Committee proceeding on Commons Bill [HL].
The noble Lord used an interesting word. He said ““majority””. This is the first time that word has been used in the debate. Does he really mean that, or does he mean ““substantial support”” because the two are very different?
